Tortilla Soup

Carrots, tomatoes, onions, belle peppers, corn, and squash, cooked in an all vegetable soup base, served on corn tortilla strips and cheese, and served with Angelina's Mexican Cornbread.

Taco Salad

A large bed of mixed lettuce, tomatoes, black olives, black bean chili, blended cheeses, and your choice of seasoned ground beef or shredded red sauce chicken, served with Angelina's Mexican Cornbread, taco lite, and sour cream.

Chicken Nacho Salad

Tortilla chips along with chicken breast pieces, covered with our creamy white enchilada sauce, onions, and cheese, oven baked, and served on a bed of lettuce, tomatoes, and green bell peppers, topped with sour cream.

Mini-So-Ta Salad

A large bed of mixed lettuce, along with tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, onions, red cabbage, yellow squash, carrots, and cheese, topped with spicy soy nuts, and served with pumpkin bread.
